Our Gourmet Madagascar Vanilla Beans Grade “A” are imported directly from the island of Madagascar. The moisture content of our gourmet beans range from 30% to 36% and are 15cm or greater in length. Our beans are hand selected and individually inspected by our family to ensure you receive the highest quality bean to make extraordinary creations.
